ActivatingRay Tracing in Origins. Hey guys, I just build myself my first mid/high end pc with a rtx 3070ti and wanted to start my journey with Origins as AC is my favourite series. I’ve seen people talking about Origins having Ray Tracing but I
Hereare the official minimum requirements from game publisher Ubisoft, but as we'll see, you can get by with some pretty low specs. Row 0 - Cell 0. Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Assassin's Creed

I do have an i7-7700HQ on my having laptop with a 1060 6GB and 16G of ram. The 7700HQ is also quad core but has 8 threads instead of the i5 6500's 4 threads.
Videocard: Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 or AMD R9 270 (2048 MB VRAM with Shader Model 5.0 or better) System RAM: 6GB. OS: Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64-bit versions only) Ubisoft say such a system will run Origins at 720p resolution with the lowest quality graphics settings. Technically playable.
Ive given up for today, I'll give things another go tomorrow. I've been PC gaming for 25 years and I've never found a game that you can't get to run faster by completely dropping every graphics setting and rez. I even ran a 50% resolution modifier at 720p (so 360p!) with everything set at very low and had the exact same framerate issues.

Copythis and paste it into your browser - running AC:O on gtx 580. Read a bit and try to determine for yourself if you should get better performance than you're experiencing. You may even find more relevant info based on your knowledge of the system you have. Btw: I kept Win 8 on my old system
Someonerunning AC:O on a gaming laptop or an Alienware rig they haven't dusted in two years is going to have more problems with overheating and damaged components. Sure, most computers can manage with below-average cooling, but most computers aren't being asked to run the CPU at 90-100% for hours on end.
Myquestion is what the title asks. I would like to try and match the Xbox One X version with the PC version. I want to run it at 1080p@60fps. Thank you in advance for your help and responses.
Firstof all, the specs : FX-8320E @ stock 3.5 GHz R9 380 2 GB (no overclock) 8 GB DDR3 @ 1600 MHz Installed on an HDD (5400 RPM) Now the problem: When I launch ACOrigins.exe, I see the game loading in the task manager but it stays at 15% CPU usage, and I never saw the splash screen.
Dome a favor - make a few benchmarks runs in 3Dmark. Ideally you had some kind of baseline from a previous run. I'm curious what the results are cuz this way you can pretty much rule out a hw/driver issue. I totally hear you when you say everything ran fine a while ago. But these issues pop up randomly on many systems - not just here with AC.
Thereis a button on PC you can hold to make you walk at sub-full speed, also anyone playing on PC with a controller could adjust the speed the same way you could on console. But if you rely strictly on WASD for movement on PC, you're going full speed all the time. Strange, if I press shift it will dodge forward and do a roll but will then stop
ACOrigins Crack launching problem. Just to preface this, I have it installed in an external SSD, used Dodi Repack to install it. So, I put in properties to run the program as administrator so I don't have to keep going back to the file to run it as administrator. I can run it once, then if I exit the game, I have to reconnect the SSD every
